COVID-19 Update

LCU is dedicated to the safety and protection of our members, staff, and executives. As the positive COVID-19 cases in our area rapidly increase, we have taken action to put the wellbeing of our community first and do our part in preventing the spread of the Coronavirus. Effective July 7th, the Newport and Morristown Locations, will close lobby access. However, the ITMs & Drive-thrus will remain open Monday- Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-6:00pm.

Here at LCU, members have always been the heart of everything we do. Even now, in the midst of our current circumstances, we assure you that all of your financial needs will still be well taken care of. We want to encourage you to continue to utilize your local branches to their max potential to continue servicing all of your needs. In order to do this, we will make sure that our ITM staff is ready to assist you through our drive thru and make this temporary transition as smooth as possible. Our Morristown ITMs/ATMs have the ability to accept cash and check deposits 24/7. We also have several mobile options to keep you connected with your finances at all times, such as online banking and our Lowland CU app. We have worked very diligently with our technology to allow you to do all major operational procedures through our online and mobile banking. Such operations include mobile check deposits, fund transfers, loan payments, and loan applications, which can all be handled from the serenity of your own home. We appreciate your cooperation with us through this time of uncertainty and will strive to bring you the best service possible as we, together, reach new heights.

What Can You Do?

We encourage you to protect yourself and others against the spread of COVID-19 by limiting person-to-person contact. You can achieve this by using our Online or Mobile Banking, Drive-Thrus, ITMs and ATMs

The ATM at the Morristown location is available to take cash and check deposits 24/7 if you are unable to make it to the Credit Union during our new extended hours.

Night Drop is available 24/7 and all deposits made will be credited the following business day.

Also, to help protect you and the spread of the virus, it is recommended to use your LCU Debit and Credit Cards as you can easily sanitize those instead of cash.
