COVID-19 Update

As a valued member of the LCU family, nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. Out of an abundance of caution, our Annual Meeting for March 21, 2020 has been postponed for now. We are also taking extra precautions to protect you as COVID-19 continues to be a growing concern across the country. Our Executive Leadership is monitoring the situation and is in close contact with health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to ensure we’re acting on the latest guidance and information.

If you’re negatively affected by the coronavirus situation, we’re here to help. Our Member Service Representatives and Call-Center Representatives are all committed to working with our members to reduce financial stress during this challenging and uncertain time.

We encourage you to protect yourself and others against the spread of COVID-19 by limiting person-to-person contact. You can achieve this by using our Online or Mobile Banking, Drive-Thrus, ITMs and ATMs

Through Online Banking or Mobile Banking, you can:

• Transfer Funds
• Check account balances
• Make payments to Credit Union loans and Credit Cards
• Deposit checks with our Mobile App
• Pay bills with Bill Pay
• Apply for a Home Loan, Personal Loan or Credit Card
• Open a savings, certificate or checking account

With the ITM/ATMs you can:

• Deposit cash and checks 24/7
• Withdraw Cash
• Pay Loans
• Transfer Funds
• Check account balances
